Processing Times
Standard Processing: 3-5 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods). We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
One-Time Purchase Orders:
Flat Rate Shipping: $4.99
Transit Time: 2-4 business days after processing
Subscription Orders:
FREE Shipping on all subscription orders
Transit Time: 2-4 business days after processing
Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5-9 business days from order placement. All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship only to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations is currently unavailable.

We use USPS Ground Advantage for all domestic shipments to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with:
- Tracking number(s)
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery
Unattended Delivery
If a signature is not required, packages may be left at your door. Nythea is not responsible for theft or loss of packages delivered to the address you provided. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery address (workplace, trusted neighbor)
- Requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders
- Installing security cameras or package lock boxes
Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Take photos of the damage (box exterior, packaging, damaged item)
- Contact us within 30 days from delivery at support@nythea-shop.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within two days if the package cannot be located
We will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nythea-shop.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange return shipping (at our expense) and send the correct item promptly.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- High-volume periods
We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
